This week we are featuring a wide variety of items containing our favorite winter find:The sequin.

If you have been to a store this season then you have seen sequins. It is the must have item this winter season. From jackets, to dresses, to tops, and pumps everything that glitters IS gold…. or silver, or red, or black, etc.!

Sequins have been around since the 13th century and got their name from the Arabic sikka meaning a coin or die. Coins known as sequins were used for centuries throughout the Mediterranean. In cultures where these sequins were circulated, the custom of stitching sequins and similar coins to women’s clothing originally arose as a way to display, and store, the families wealth. It was this custom that lead to the use of sequined fabric and trims in modern fashion, and expanded the definition of sequin beyond coins to include this type of decoration.

From simple and clean to gorgeous and glam there is always a way to incorporate this trend into your holiday attire.

You can find any of our picks at Lord & Taylor or Neiman Marcus.

All this glitz would go great with a boston infiniti g37 convertible

Your blog keeps getting better and better! Your older articles are not as good as newer ones you have a lot more creativity and originality now. Keep it up!
And according to this article, I totally agree with your opinion, but only this time! :)

Every time I come to blog.infinitiofnorwood.com there is another remarkable post to read. One of my friends was talking to me about this topic several weeks ago. I think I will send my friend the url here and see what they say.
